Q: Are these items vegan?

A: Yes, all products are handmade, vegan and cruelty-free.

A: Wholesale customers please read for more information below. All personal orders will take 2-3 business days processing time and once shipped, you should receive your package in 3-5 business days.

Q: Want to start your own business but don't know where to start?

A: We offer starter kits for kids and adults to teach you the basics of making your own lip glosses or purchasing our base to fill your own tubes.

You can also take our lip gloss creation course to learn how to start your business from SCRATCH. If you have any questions regarding anything business related, feel free to email me at anytime.

Q: How long will it take for my wholesale order?

A: All wholesale orders processing time is 7-14 business days (not including weekends or holidays). All wholesale orders are shipped in Priority so once your order has shipped, you should receive your package in 2-3 business days - due to COVID-19 and shipping delays, PLEASE give USPS at least 24 to 48 hours for your package to be scanned in. 

 If your package is lost or damage, you can reach out to your local post office and file a claim. All wholesale orders ship priority and are covered with insurance.
